Each Mag500 Capsule contains Magnesium Oxide 500mg; Providing Magnesium 300mg - 80 % EC NRV (NRV- Nutritional Reference Value) Other Ingredients: Capsule shell- Hydroxypropyl Methyl cellulose {HPMC), Colloidal silicon dioxide, anhydrous lactose.
Dosage
As a food supplement for adults and children over 12 years of age, take 1-2 capsules once a day preferably with food or as directed by your physician or other health care professionals. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose unless directed by a physician. For oral use only.
